Two-Step Manuscript Submission Process

All manuscripts must first undergo editorial pre-submission screening. Only manuscripts approved at this stage should be submitted formally through Manuscript Manager.

Step 1 — Preliminary Screening

Editorial Pre-Submission

Begin by logging in to Editorial Pre-Submission for preliminary editorial screening. If you do not have an account, you can create one.

  • At this preliminary stage, you do not need to prepare the full formal submission package. Full compliance with the Instructions to Authors is required after editorial approval, during formal submission.
  • Upload your article's title page, full text, and any other supporting files.
  • The editorial decision will be communicated through the Pre-Submission system. If approved, you will receive a Pre Submission ID by email.

Step 2 — Formal Submission

Formal Submission via Manuscript Manager

If your manuscript is approved for full submission, complete the official submission through Manuscript Manager. If you do not have an account, you can create one.

At this stage, your manuscript and all required documents must fully comply with the Instructions to Authors, including:

  • Valid Pre-Submission ID
  • ICMJE Conflict of Interest Form
  • Copyright Agreement Form
  • Ethics Committee Approval
  • Patient Consent Form when applicable

Important Notice

Please ensure you have received a valid "Pre Submission ID" via email before proceeding to Step 2.

Manuscripts submitted to Manuscript Manager without a valid Pre Submission ID will be removed directly from the system.
